WOW...finally got to it today. My friend took me out to a park and she kicked my butt with lunges and running up stairs and all kinds of shenanigans!
But here we go, what better on this amazing Thursday than a little baby tush...nothing!

And totally have a love/hate relationship with lunges. I love them because they are fabulous...but hate them when I think back to my volleyball days and having to do them when we were in trouble around the whole gym over and over!! Good job!
