WOW...finally got to it today. My friend took me out to a park and she kicked my butt with lunges and running up stairs and all kinds of shenanigans!

It is so hot here that when it rains we run outside to get some cooler 90 degree weather. I close my eyes and pretend I live in some tropical place. This was taken in Sport Mode, trying to catch the bugger in action. I wish I had as much back muscle as this 5 year old. Enjoy, have a wonderful day!

50MM lens and edited with Lightroom. Its actually a preset found on Preset heaven, I of course tweeked it a little to compliment my picture better. I think its called Matt Polo...no clue.
