Meet James

James was the cause of much heart ache last night, and I feel like the worst mom in the world...WORLD folks!

James: A stray male cat who apparently has a cold because his eyes are watery and has actual snot on his little nose.

My kids promptly got one of there towels from there bathroom and milk from the fridge...my poor husband looking on in disgust. A kiss and a name were given, we knew we were in trouble.

My first sons life revolved around caring for this poor cat who had no home. He decided to sit with it, instead of riding his bike...GASP. If you knew this kid, you would of just gasped along with me. He spent an hour scratching his neck, petting his head and cooing at it.

Sweet child praying that God would take care of his new kitty because his mean ol parents wouldn't let us keep him. SIGH!

His heart is so sweet, I fell in love with the bugger all over again. Each one of my kids captures my heart at some point during each day.

SO, what would you of done? Kept the cat? Never even let the kid touch it? Do the same thing? Keep it but try to find a home for it? It was actually probably someone elses....that's what your telling yourself like we did?

I love all of these kitty shots! How sweet. But, I especially love the last one with the towel. Too cute!!!!

Aww!!! I probably wouldn't have had to do anything, my husband would have stopped the girls from touching it. Poor kitty. Poor boy. But, beautiful photos.

Love it. And, I know they were both blessed by their encounter.

That's a tough one. We would not have kept it, because my husband is allergic to cats and dogs. We probably would have taken it to the local animal shelter, though.

Keep the Kitty and give it a good home!

We'd most definitely keep the poor thing, who's obviously child friendly but has been badly treated somewhere and is homeless...a little trip to the vet for some anti-biotics, lots of yummy cat food, and a whole lot of TLC and he'll be a sweet family member for many years to come <3

What a touching post. I have a huge soft spot for cats...not too sure what I would do. My heart tells me I would keep the kitty! God has a plan for all things, I think I would start there...God Bless!
